Introduction
A genuine delivery role with ownership of the project from mobilisation through to handover. You'll work closely with the site team, clients and subcontractors to keep projects moving and commercially on track.
About this role
- Take overall responsibility for project delivery, programme and commercial outcomes.
- Lead Project Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen and subcontractors.
- Manage budgets, procurement, variations, claims and project reporting.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Keep safety, quality, productivity and programme firmly under control.
Is this you?
- Civil Project Manager with solid Australian contractor experience.
- Strong background in subdivisions, bulk earthworks and civil infrastructure.
- Commercially switched-on with the ability to manage the numbers as well as the site.
- Confident leading teams and dealing directly with clients and subcontractors.
- Someone who takes ownership rather than needing to be chased.
- Australian or NZ Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
